Questions for operatic songsters/songstresses?

1) Why are high notes associated with loudness? wouldn't that
constitute more of a belt?isn't a high full voice able to be altered
its dynamic capabilities?

2)Anatomy question: what happens as you ascend in head voice?-my view
is that the lateral cricoarytenoids(LCA),transverse arytenoids and
cricothyroids(CT) take over and that the cricothyroids create a bit of
a tilting movement so that the cartilages slide askew a bit...while
the vocalist ascends the scale the adductors/compressors of the
voice, namely the LCA and the trasverse arytenoids fret up the voice
more and more...

3)What is your vocal range and can you sing your topmost notes
quietly?Mine is about D3-B6 in groans and squeals the fact that my
lowest and highest note are a groan and a squeak respectively might
suck i know...

sorry for my atrocious grammar...i am foreign-i understand articulate
elaborations in intelligent responses but not too too overly eloquent
please...
