Was "Return of the Jedi" a bad movie?

I haven't seen the original trilogy in a very long time. I was just
looking on rotten tomatoes and was surprised to find that it had such
a low rating from critics---lower than "Revenge of the Sith", and
everybody complains about how bad the prequels were :/
